...Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, I should like to open officially the AGM of thyssenkrupp and I am the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp AG and in this capacity, I would like to welcome you to today's Annual General Meeting and extend a warm welcome. Ladies and gentlemen, based on the authorization in Section 17, Paragraph 6, Clause 1 of the Articles of Association, the Management Board has decided to hold today's Annual General Meeting as a virtual Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders and their representatives, with the exception of the company's proxies. I would like to briefly explain to you why we are meeting again today for a virtual Annual General Meeting after the physical Annual General Meeting. Last year, the Board of Directors has carefully weighed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two formats.
