Question: Brian Drab - William Blair - Analyst : That's good. Thanks again. I'll ask the first question. Maybe if you don't mind, can we talk about just some of the near-term trends? And want to focus on the big picture and there's obviously great long-term secular trends. But second quarter, the guidance was for 3% to 5% organic revenue growth. Can you talk about how that varies across maybe the different segments and what some of the current situations are?

You mentioned in the presentation, when you're talking about cooling and data center cooling, the opportunity to go through distribution. And can you talk about your initiatives to standardize some of that product line and then leverage distribution to grow even faster?

I would say, as you sit here today, what would be the most likely drivers or variables that could cause the growth to come in less than maybe what you're expecting, not maybe down or stop, but coming a little bit slower and thinking specifically on data center equipment CapEx?
