Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Yeah, great. Just one regulatory question. Seems like the design of the Phase 3 program is not all that controversial and pretty well established in
the space. Do you plan on explicitly asking the FDA if the Phase 2 counts as a pivotal? And how does that dialogue work in a meeting like this?
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Yeah. Yeah, okay. Maybe we can talk a little about the focal epilepsy market and then talk about some of the other indications you're planning. On
the market side, how do you think about the comps that have historically launched in this space? Everyone knows Vimpat and Keppra as the [bulk
case] anecdotes, but there's also been a handful of drugs that have been smaller in focal seizures. So what about the drugs that are small, has made
them small, and what about the drugs that have done great and has given them that [escape velocity]?
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Yeah. Chris, where is the line drawn between what's an okay side effect profile versus what is too problematic to actually really scale up use of a
drug like Fycompa?
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Okay, that's really great context. And then maybe going back to Ian. You talked about working on another epilepsy indication, and I guess I'd be
curious. Like, if you think about focal seizures versus generalized seizures, I mean, at the end of the day, in the refractory space, do physicians really
differentiate at that nuance of a level at all when they prescribe? Maybe you can kind of speak to what you're thinking and what the potential ROI
might be commercially.

Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Yeah, okay. Maybe we could just briefly cover your depression study. Again, you've talked about some proof of concept at Sinai. It's a two-site study,
right? I guess, maybe, how are you designing your own trial? And how confident are you that the tolerability is going to hold up? Because I would
imagine an epilepsy patient who's seen ion channel based mechanisms might be more desensitized to these types of [cure].
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Okay. Okay. Maybe lastly, Ian, do you want to talk about 1101 IP? And what gives you the confidence that this is no LOE until, at least, say, 2040?
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Okay, great. I know we're up against time, but anything else you'd like to highlight, Ian?
Question: Paul Matteis - Stifel Financial Corp. - Analyst
: Okay. Okay, excellent. Thank you, Ian and Chris. Nice seeing you again. We appreciate it.
