...Good afternoon. I'm Tom Werner, Wolfspeed's Executive Chair and Chairman of the Board. We appreciate your attendance today and welcome you to the 2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting. Consistent with our recent practice, we're excited to be holding our fourth hybrid annual meeting. This means that the meeting is being held both at Wolfspeed's headquarters and also virtually via the web portal. By holding our annual meeting virtually, we hope that more of our shareholders are able to participate in the meeting without the need to travel to our offices. Before we begin, I would like to introduce our Board members standing for election this year that are present virtually today. Glenda Dorchak, John Hodge, Darren Jackson, [Duy-Loan Le], Marvin Riley, Thomas Seifert, Stacy Smith, and Woody Young.
