On behalf of the entire Board, our officers, and employees, I would like to welcome you to the Village Supermarket 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting, and thank you for attending. We are pleased to conduct our annual meeting virtually again this year. Before we begin the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to express the Board's appreciation for our 7,000 plus associates. Their extraordinary commitment to our customers and the communities we serve is the foundation of this company and its success. I'd also like to take a moment to recognize and remember Bill Sumas, my cousin, friend, and our former Chairman. Bill passed away this summer after having been a fixture at Village through a career that spanned over 60 years.
