It's about $600 million shares outstanding, and trading around I think 214, $128 billion market cap, about $30 billion of net debt. In addition to being a premier rail franchise in North America, the firm has a strong history of operating results, capital allocation. So since 2006, the firm has reduced outstanding shares by 44%, grown the dividend at a 17% CAGR and essentially doubled returns on invested capital to 15.8% 4Q.
