...Started with our second fireside chat today with the management of U.S. Bancorp. As many of you know, U.S. Bancorp recently completed the Union Bank acquisition. And as a result, it currently has about $675 billion in assets, market cap of over $72 billion. And on a price to adjusted book value, when you add back the AOCI, we calculate price to book is about 1.3x, price to tangible is 1.9. And it trades on a forward P/E basis of 9.4x. I know many of you know the gentleman to my far left, Terry Dolan. As you know, he's Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Bancorp. He became CFO back in 2016. And he's been very active with the bank for many years of his career. To my left is Shailesh Kotwal. Shailesh joined U.S. Bancorp in 2015, and he leads the U.S. Bancorp Payment Services, which we know is one of the unique parts of the U.S. Bancorp story is the payments business that many of your peers don't have....
