: So right off the hop, your last comment on looking to acquire, will you wait until midyear next year when you're free cash flow positive? That was
a question because then you might -- as you might tell by then?
Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. And then -- so the second question would be what are the -- and you may have gone over this before, but I'm new to the story. So what are

do you think would be a good fit?
Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
: Second question, with respect to your reserve, the conversion from M&I to reserves, it seems like the grade that was excluded was around 3.66
gram per tonne, which is pretty high. So could you tell me what the dilution rates are? Or is there another reason why that specific parcel of resources
did not get converted?
Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst

Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. So -- and the question on dilution rates?

Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. And then my other question on -- it seems like the whole complex, you've updated the CapEx -- sorry, the process costs and the G&A, like

have a CapEx update. So what was the -- was there any impact on the Morelos proper mining costs? Like -- it seems like those are still the same.
So I'm just curious where that actually -- and how did -- if it's the same, then how did it -- how did those mining costs manage to stay the same?
Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
: So, it's $41 a tonne for Media Luna?
Question: Anita Soni - CIBC Capital Markets - Analyst
