Just on the current -- the Phase 3 trial of ampreloxetine in MSA. Obviously, you saw the signal in those subsets of patients in the Phase 2 trial. So I guess, just help us connect the dots in terms of what gives you confidence for the signal that you saw in Phase 2 can be translated to the Phase 3? What gives you confidence in success there?
