Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Excellent. Thank you, Mark. Super helpful. Appreciate that background. And I think a lot of investors were very pleasantly surprised by the rapid
efficacy signals that you saw with your TERN-101 FXR agonist on corrected T1 after only 12 weeks or even as early as six weeks. So as we look ahead
to your TERN-201 AVIATION study results early next year, I know you walked us through the mechanism and some of the preclinical data. But how
confident should we be that we will see the same rapid onset of efficacy on corrected T1 at only 12 weeks again with your TERN-201 molecule?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Great. And then as you look out into the future a little bit longer term, what do you envision as the role of cT1 with regards to potential uses of
non-invasive diagnostic for monitoring -- diagnosing and monitoring NASH patients?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Are there other non-invasive NASH diagnostics (technical difficulty) that you're excited about that you think have the potential to replace liver
biopsies, or would you think that the cT1 is one of the lead contenders for that?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Okay. And then maybe I guess just near term, your TERN-501 data readout coming later this year, and you walked us through some of the
differentiating points between TERN-501 and resmetirom in terms of the structure and some preclinical parameters. Anything we should be looking
for in the clinical data that reads out later this year for TERN-501?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Okay. Great. Anything about the safety and tolerability as it pertains to differentiation from other thyroid-beta agonists that we should be looking
for in the study results later this year?

SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 / 6:55PM, TERN.OQ - Terns Pharmaceuticals Inc at Oppenheimer Fall Healthcare Life
Sciences & MedTech Summit (Virtual)
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Okay. Great. And anything that -- going back to (technical difficulty) TERN-101 here, FXR agonist for a second. Anything else you would like to
highlight in terms of points of differentiation between TERN-101 and OCA, either on the efficacy or safety/tolerability front?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Excellent. You guys have such a broad, diverse portfolio. Can you comment maybe on the potential combination of TERN-101 and TERN-501, and
what sort of synergies you may have seen preclinically thus far?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Excellent. That's helpful. And just before we wrap things up, anything else that you think investors are missing about Terns that you would like to
share with us here today?
Question: Jay Olson - Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Excellent. Well, Mark, it's been a pleasure catching up with you, as always. I really appreciate you getting us all educated about the exciting work
that you are doing at Terns. And I know you've got a number of important pipeline catalysts on the horizon, and we will look forward to those and
stay in touch.
