Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Well, great, I can start things off. (Conference Instructions) So I thought we'd start out with TERN-701 in CML and picking up on the announcement.
I'm sure that folks caught it, who've been tracking the space, the expanded approval of asciminib for the frontline indication. I guess, with that
being the case, how are you thinking about sort of positioning of 701, perhaps, by line of treatment as you anticipate future development?

Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: I guess maybe -- let me just -- yeah, sorry -- let me just ask about where you see opportunities, perhaps, for 701 to differentiate clinically from
asciminib.
Just appreciating that, sometimes, use isn't exactly per line as approved on the label, and there might be some actual post, let's call it, post-imatinib
Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Okay. Maybe I can just set the stage a little bit for what to expect for the initial data readout from the dose escalation portion of CARDINAL, just
given that you have this BOIN design. Perhaps, some visibility also on where your -- of where the active dose range is benefiting from your
collaboration with -- your partnership with Hansoh. Yeah.
Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Okay. Yes? Can we get a mic?

Thank you. I'm not sure why you decided to pause your NASH trial at that stage.

Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Let me kind of shift the discussion to 601, the oral GLP-1. Look, I think this whole room kind of appreciates just the demand for this class of agents,
or broadly speaking, right, starting with the biologics, the demand that isn't met right now by supply.
There's so much focus, I think, in the space that you're in now with the orals, on who has the better -- the best-profile molecule, but kind of
overlooking, perhaps, how compelling just how much of the opportunities opened up by an oral agent that maybe, perhaps, isn't as well performing
as the injectables.
So that's more of a comment. I'd be interested in your feedback. But also, in addition to that, how you think the oral approach may, perhaps, create
an opportunity away from some of the adverse events that are observed with the injectable class, particularly on GI stress, GI tolerance. There's a
lot in there but --

Question: Eric Joseph - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Okay. All right. I think we'll leave it there for time, unless there's a quick question from the floor.
All right. Okay. Well, thanks so much, Erin and Emil.
