Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Well, maybe let's start broadly, especially for those newer to the story, but can you describe your approach using T-cells to treat cancer and more
specifically, how it differs from some of the currently available therapies?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: In the past, I think we've seen that some of the more approaches that have adopted a direct or more personalized approach, like notably with neo
antigens have not been successful and where do you think these approaches have gone wrong and I guess what gives you confidence in in TScan's
platform?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Got it. We'll get a little bit deeper, but, at a high level, I think we've seen that transplanting T-cells has proven remarkably effective in hematological
cancers, whether it's hematopoietic stem cell transplant or CAR-T. But there's been marked less success for the solid tumors. Again, it gives you
confidence for that end of your platform.
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Yeah, makes sense. Let's dive into some of the details here. You presented some fairly compelling data, at ASH last year, with two of your treatments,
100 and 101. MRD negativity was achieved in all treated subjects. Can you put this into context, especially given kind of the background of the
patients treated?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Perfect. I think that's a great segue. So before we move on to the next one, when do we get the next update from ALLOHA? And I think more
specifically, as you think about treating healthier patients, or at higher doses, I mean, what sort of trends should we expect?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Got it. As you think about the pivotal study that you alluded to earlier for 101, I mean fundamentally, at the end of the day, I think, regulators are,
I think, growing more comfortable with the idea of using T-cells as therapy. So, what do you think they're looking for in terms of being comfortable
enough for approval?

Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Great. And I appreciate it's somewhat off in the future here, but maybe can you talk a little bit about your expectations and plans for commercialization?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Makes a lot of sense. So we are fast running out of time, but I guess the few minutes we have left, can you just briefly touch upon your Solid Tumor
Program and what's next there?
Question: Jason Zemansky - Bank of America - Analyst
: Perfect. Well, Gavin, thank you so much for joining us, and I appreciate you being here.
