Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. Maybe we can kind of kick things off talking about IoT. I think you talked about seeing a little bit of headwinds from your consumer-facing
segments of your business. In your IT business, I think you talked about VR and parts of your wireless business slowing. How much of your wireless
business is exposed to this slowdown? And conversely, I was wondering if you could just talk about to what extent is your kind of cumulative
backlog, which I know you said is still pretty high, able to kind of offset this.
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Is there a way to quantify the -- this consumer exposure in your IoT business at this point?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. I want to talk about your Triple Combo chip. Maybe can you talk about timing of Triple Combo? What's been the customer feedback so far?
What are customers most excited about there? And then as you think about where you're starting to get traction, how are you thinking about kind
of the interest here? Is it mostly consumer or is there also some commercial interest in this Triple Combo chip?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: That's great. Maybe switching to WiFi, wondering if you could talk about the upgrade cycle that you're seeing here to WiFi 6 and 6E. The naming
convention obviously would suggest that 6E is a minor upgrade cycle. But as you know, I mean, there's a big performance and step-up and

improvement going from 6 to 6E. I'm just curious, what are you seeing right now in terms of the upgrade cycle to 6 and 6E? Are they happening
concurrently? And do you expect customers to go to 6 and then ultimately to 6E over time?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. So we're kind of getting closer to the end of this WiFi acquisition agreement from Broadcom. I'm wondering if you could just kind of remind
us, when is the ending of the agreement? And to the extent that you were able kind of pull of this really nice acquisition after Broadcom had initially
sold this to Cypress, now part of Infineon. I think there is a little bit angst out there that after this acquisition agreement ends, that this asset
potentially gets sold to another potential competitor of yours. Can you just walk us through that and give us your thoughts on the likelihood of
whether you think this could happen or not?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. We pause there and see if there are any questions.
Great. A one follow-up to that, Michael: so as you kind of prepare for this handoff, can you talk about kind of your level of investment in terms of
your own R&D organic team? And some of your competitors have already started to talk about WiFi 7 out there. Are you -- have you guys started
the development of WiFi 7, and will you be ready when your competitors start launching WiFi 7?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. Maybe we can switch to VR. I think you had recently talked about kind of this phase of the market being dominated by one large player, but
you've got all these numerous Chinese entrants. What do you think it's going to take for some of these other players to get traction in VR?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. On video interface, I would have thought that this is -- would have been kind of a pandemic work-from-home beneficiaries, but you seem
to be pretty upbeat on just the outlook going forward. Maybe you can talk about what the drivers are. And I also wanted to ask when you first
made this acquisition of DisplayLink, I think you were pretty bold up about the data compression technology. Are you finding other applications
for the video interface business?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: That's really interesting. Thanks for that explanation, Michael. Any questions?
Great. Michael, on mobile, I think your September guidance implies that (technical difficulty) almost 30% sequentially. We've known Apple's entry
phone has been weak for quite some time. Are we close to kind of bottoming here in the September quarter -- would you say in mobile?
Question: John Vinh - KeyBanc Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. With that, it looks like we're out of time. Thanks, guys.
