...My name is Matt Baer and as CEO of Stitch Fix and a member of the Board of Directors, I will serve as the Chair of this 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the members of the Board and Management team who are joining us virtually today. In addition to myself, the other members of the Board participating today are: Katrina Lake, Kofi Amoo-Gottfried, Tim Baxter, and Elizabeth Williams.
