...Good morning. I want to welcome you to Shutterstock's 2024 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. I'm Jon Oringer, Shutterstock's Executive Chairman of the Board. I will be the Chairman of today's meeting. We are hosting our annual meeting virtually with our stockholders attending via our annual meeting web portal. As is our custom, we will answer questions at the end of the meeting. Please note that stockholders who desire to ask a question may do so by presenting their question in writing in the Q&A section on the webcast portal for this meeting.
