...Svetlana Zenkin Hello, and thank you for joining us everybody. Change is hard even when we know that it's beneficial to us. Think back to a time when you learned to type. Like many of us, you probably went from typing with just the 2 fingers of each hand, looking at the keyboard, looking for the keys to a touch typing, which is using all of the fingers of both of your hands without having to look at the screen, a process that is much more automated, much more efficient and much less error from. And you also may have benefited, like I did many years ago, from some resources to make that process of change that can be uncomfortable and kind of cumbersome, you may have benefited from things like a software program, maybe some training, some coaching, a class and that helped your -- both the process and the outcome more smooth and more successful. Now we are talking about a pretty simple individual example here. But when it comes to an organizational level change, like changing to or transitioning...
