It is a special moment to enable us to discuss about our company, your company, look at what has happened during the year and to look to the future. I draw your attention to the fact that this meeting is a public meeting that will be broadcast live and recorded on the company's website. In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the company's Articles of Association, the Chairman of the Shareholders Meeting shall be the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
