Question: Tom Roderick - Stifel Nicolaus - Analyst
: Hi, guys, good afternoon. So, in thinking about the ramifications and impact on the Service Cloud, I was hoping, George, that
maybe you could go into a little bit more detail with regards to the sign-on process here with Assistly. How consumers actually
interact with it, how automatically integrated it is with something like Facebook? And then from an integration standpoint, how
much work do you think you might have to put into this to make it part of the rolled out offering?
Question: Brian Baytosh - Goldman Sachs - Analyst
: Hi, guys, this is Brian Baytosh on for Heather Bellini. George, quick question for you, as this is obviously intended to ladder
the customer up, to grab smaller customers and ladder them up to higher price point Salesforce.com products, can you give
a -- sort of a relative comparison of the average size of a customer for Assistly, and how that compares to Service Cloud?
Question: Brian Baytosh - Goldman Sachs - Analyst
: Great. Thanks, George. Graham, just a follow-up on the modeling housekeeping. With the gain on the sale, should that go
under other income on the P&L?

Question: Brian Baytosh - Goldman Sachs - Analyst
: Got it. Great. Thanks, guys.
Question: Pat Walravens - JMP Securities - Analyst
: Oh, great. Thank you. While you guys were talking, by the way, I launched a customer service website, which is pretty amazing.
Question: Pat Walravens - JMP Securities - Analyst
: But that -- it did raise a couple of questions. How many of the 1,000 customers are on the free version, so it's either a trial or
they have just 1 agent, which I guess is free?
Question: Pat Walravens - JMP Securities - Analyst
: Okay. I guess my second question would be -- one of the things that Parker was talking about at Dreamforce is that it's hard
to keep up with all these acquisitions, and you're starting to have different technology stacks and different data centers, and
this will be 1 more. Should we be worried about that? How do we think about that?
