Just thinking Andrew brings an enormous amount of experience and knowledge to the Board and I think is incredible asset to the SunRice Board. PRESENTATION Lawrence Arthur - Ricegrowers Ltd - Non-Executive Chairman of the Board - Grower Thanks, Steve, and we absolutely agree with you. Thanks. I will now move on to the vote for this resolution by way of a poll. The valid proxy and direct votes for this resolution are on the screen. A Class Shareholders, if you haven't already done so please cast your votes on Resolution Two of your yellow voting card. I'll give you a chance to fill those in. It's like everybody's done it. Now -- we'll now move on to Resolution Three. The final two items of business relate to the reelection of John Bradford and Ian Mason to the SunRice Board as Grow Directors. As set out in the Notice of Meeting John and Ian will last re-elected in June 2002 for the same period as the term of office as elected RMB members, which was due to expire in 2026. As previously announced, following the passage of the rice market -- Marketing Amendment Act to end statutory rice export marketing arrangements, John and Ian have resigned from the RMB and have continued to serve as Directors of SunRice by resolution of the Board. Today, John and Ian is seeking reelection as Grower Directors for a two-year term -- for a further two-year term. If reelected, this means that they will be able to continue to serve on the SunRice board for the same period as they were elected for the RMB -- by RMB members until 2026. Resolution Three relates to the reelection of John Bradford, who is well known to A Class Shareholders. John's been a Director since 2015. He is a member of the Finance risk and audit team and a remuneration -- sorry, your People and Remuneration. The Nomination & Growth Services Committee. John is also the Deputy Chair of our company, Trukai Industries in Papua New Guinea, and he does a great job there. He is a fifth generation farmer whose family has been farming in the Riverina for over 100 years. He operates multiple properties, producing food and fiber in the Riverina and in Western Victoria and has a long history involvement with irrigation and rice industry bodies. The Board with the assistance of the Nomination Committee has reviewed John's performance with a particular focus on the skills, knowledge and knowledge he brings and also his experience to the Board and his contribution to Board discussions.
