...Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining Rentokil Initial's 2025 Annual General Meeting. I'm Richard Solomons, the Chair of Rentokil Initial. So the meeting today is being recorded so that shareholders who can't be here can view it later on the website. So it's just after 2:00 PM, as we've got a quorum, I now declare the meeting open. So I'm joined in the room today by Andy Ransom, our Chief Executive, Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, our Chief Financial Officer and Rachel Canham, our Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
