...Good morning and welcome to Rent the Runway's 2025 special meeting of Stockholders. Thank you for joining us today. I'm Jennifer Hyman, co-founder, CEO, President, and chair of the board of directors, and I will serve as the chair of today's meeting. I'd like to take a moment to introduce the other members of our board of directors here today, Beth Kaplan, Tim Bixby, Jenny Fleiss, Scott Friend, Dan Rosensweig, and Mike Ross. From Rent the Runway's executive team, we also have Ted. We also have Sid Thacker, Chief Financial Officer. In addition, we have Nicole Brookshire from Davis Polk and Wardell LLP, RTR's external counsel, and Penelope Moreno from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rent the Runway's independent auditor here today.
