...Good afternoon. Welcome to the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of RE/MAX Holdings Incorporated. I'm Susie Winders, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. It is our pleasure to welcome you to our meeting. Today's meeting will proceed as follows Dave Liniger, Chair of the Board and Co-Founder of RE/MAX, will preside over today's meeting. After my introductory remarks, Dave will call the meeting to order, and the official business of the 2025 Annual Meeting will be conducted. There are 4 proposals to be voted on today. First, to elect three directors to our Board of Directors. Second, to conduct an advisory vote on our executive compensation. Third, to approve an amendment to the RE/MAX Holdings Inc, 2023 omnibus incentive plan. And fourth, to ratify the appointment of our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
