...Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the fourth quarter 2023 result presentation of Klaveness Combination Carriers. My name is Engebret Dahm, I'm the CEO of the Company; and together with me, I have Liv Hege Dyrnes, the CFO and assistant CEO. Please use the webcast solution to write your questions and we will go through that after the presentation. So fourth quarter was a very strong quarter and ended at just spectacular 2023. The strong product tanker market and also an improving dry bulk market in the fourth quarter helped us achieve $36,823 per day as an average for our CABU and CLEANBU fleet. That is about $3,000 above the mid-range of the guiding we gave back in October last year. It reflects premium to the dry bulk market earnings of [2.6] and a premium to the product tanker so [1.2]. Looking at the EBITDA, we are seeing a 30% increase in EBITDA compared to the second quarter, ending at $36.5 million.
