Question: Amit Rustagi - UBS Investment Bank, Research Division - Analyst : Congratulations for a wonderful performance. Sir, my 2 questions relate to that, first, relating to the treasury stock. We have taken a decision to dispose of the treasury stock in the last quarter. But why we are left with the some portion of equity still? So if there is any further decision to be taken here? And if you can explain the logic behind this?

So the second question relates to the recent issue of giving a promotership and selling a stake in IGL and Petronet. So could you explain what is the legal position with respect to promotership in these 2 companies? Can this be just given up by selling some shares or there is more procedure to be followed like -- because I think you must be a part of some shareholders' agreement in these 2 companies.

What is the valuation of the BORL which we have valued? And what are the principles being applied in valuing this, buying this stake?
