Question: Gabriel Dechaine - National Bank Financial, Inc., Research Division - Analyst
: First question about the NIM. And I heard you say and it's in the slides about -- talk about mortgage prepayment penalties. I'm just a bit surprised
to see that being an influencing factor this quarter. I don't think people are paying down their mortgages and refinancing because of higher rates.
Maybe I'm thinking about it the wrong way, and you can clarify?
Question: Gabriel Dechaine - National Bank Financial, Inc., Research Division - Analyst
: Okay. Just like -- I got it. It's not -- it's probably down from last year, I would imagine as well.
Question: Gabriel Dechaine - National Bank Financial, Inc., Research Division - Analyst
: Okay, cool. Now Northpoint, I know the revenue contribution. I know the loan -- percentage of loans represents, unless I'm missing it, which is
possible, but I don't know the profit contribution. Could you clarify how much Northpoint contributes to your profits?
Question: Gabriel Dechaine - National Bank Financial, Inc., Research Division - Analyst
: Well, could you tell me that my assumption that it's disproportionate contributor to profit, so it may be whatever, 15%, 20% of revenue, but in
terms of earnings, it could be more than that because if I just look like at the loan mix, mortgages there a big chunk, but they're not that profitable.
