And if that is the case, at what rate? And how should we look at FY '23 rental revenue considering that there are large contracts coming up for renewal?

And considering that most of your tenants are having financial difficulties and it's also reflecting in your receivables, should we expect that rentals will be lower for FY '23 average receivables?
