So given the agreement here with the FDA on Study 103 is kind of a leaner approach for getting the most important information for 9001 in the midst of COVID, is there -- do you expect kind of similar flexibility for 003 and LGMD to support a streamlined pivotal program?

Question: Colin Nigel Bristow - UBS Investment Bank, Research Division - Analyst : So first one, I understand the agency hasn't fully blessed the faster market, but in terms of the willingness to accept this 8 to 10 patients is sufficient evidence of comparability between the commercial and clinical product. Have they signed off on that? And then just quickly on the timing of Phase III initiation or 301. It seems like 103 is going to ring sensitive commercial to clinical products question. And just, I guess, why not initiate the 301, either in parallel or as soon as you can get the results of the potency assay issue ironed out?
