Question: Ravi Menon - Macquarie Research - Analyst : Hiral, just a question on the Healthcare and Life Sciences. You were talking about how you won the BCBS contract, and that's been ramping up well. So surprised to see health care and Life Sciences was declined. I think you mentioned that NHS had some challenges. So is it from that? And when would you expect and it just to bottom up?

Question: Ravi Menon - Macquarie Research - Analyst : I was a bit confused by your comment that you have fewer working days in the U.K. I mean I thought that seasonally after a Jan to March quarter with a fewer working days in Feb, this is a seasonally better quarter. So could you just explain that one?

First of all, I just want to understand margin profile of the acquired entity, if you can give some sense about what is the margin profile? And whether any nonlinearity in that business with revenue still you -- if you see any scope for margin expansion?
