With the -- you mentioned that you've got PBR, you've got some experience with PBR and what have you. But one of the things that I think that
you guys were focusing on as well as UI was regarding this CapEx, OpEx sort of U.K. portion of the order when it was a draft order and it stayed in
the order. I was just wondering how you guys see that? And also, you mentioned the press conference that happened afterwards. How should we
think about -- I mean, how do you think about, I guess, this element of the performance-based ratemaking order?
