And how confident are you that you'll be able to avoid the side effects that we're seeing with Takeda's product. Was that issue they had on target or off target? And then related to that, when do you expect to have the Japan Phase I data? And do you expect to also conduct Phase I work in the U.S.

Any color on the current market share in the second-line small cell lung cancer setting compared to topotecan and immuno-oncology monotherapy at this stage?

Question: Gary Jay Nachman - BMO Capital Markets Equity Research - Analyst : In terms of the ramp for Xywav in IH, 250 patients last quarter and 750 this quarter. I'm curious how concentrated that prescribing has been with your targeted physicians, the early adopters. So I'm wondering how much low-hanging fruit there is to capture those IH patients versus how challenging it will be to really get much broader prescribing across the sleep specialists. And will primary care play a role here at all with referrals? Or is that much further down the line?
