First question I had is how you're thinking about the cadence of a potential launch? I guess perhaps it's really not your typical rare-disease launch as you already have a pretty detailed map here about identifying patients. And then the pillars of unmet need you flagged, wondering if you expect one of these target markets to initially gain more traction over others initially?

Just wanted to ask a little bit about sort of proportion of classical PKU patients who would see a benefit from using a BH4 medic. And then kind of following on from that, like what proportion of classical patients do you think have the residual PAH enzyme activity to make use of a therapy such as this.
