Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Great. That's a great intro. And before we dig into each program, just checking if you're providing any more granularity on the timing and sequence
for data updates in the second half of this year. Are you going to have the data at specific medical conferences, like ESMO, TRIPLE, or ASH? And will
you consider doing a company-sponsored event?

JUNE 07, 2023 / 2:00PM, ORIC.OQ - Oric Pharmaceuticals Inc at Jefferies Healthcare Conference
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. That's helpful. And maybe digging more into ORIC1-14, your brain penetrant EGFR/HER2 exon 20 inhibitor. We've talked a lot about the
prevalence of CNS metastases in this patient population and the importance of having a CNS-active drug for these patients.
How do you think about the competitive landscape? and more specifically, what did you think of the Blueprint data at ASCO on BLU-451, where
they're claiming to be CNS-penetrant for EGFR exon 20?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. Interesting. And I guess, is there anything more you're saying about what you're seeing in the study at what dose levels you're seeing activity
at? And also just for brain mets, are you seeing that systemically? Are you seeing the brain response and then also --
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Yeah, yeah. Understood. And you mentioned the Dizal data at ASCO. Maybe just talk about that and what are some of your thoughts on that
compound and what they're showing?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. That's helpful. And we've talked about the Blueprint data. It sounds like that would be a good benchmark for your 114 update. How do you
think about amivantamab and mobocertinib? And maybe talk a little bit more about the types of patients that you've enrolled into your study
versus for ami and mobo.
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And some people question the size of the market opportunity for EGFR exon 20. How do you put the market size into context relative to
other targeted therapy agents in non-small cell lung muscle cancer?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And how do you envision a potential registrational study might look like in light of recent changes in the treatment paradigm with amivantamab
and mobocertinib getting approved?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And are you saying anything about next steps into getting into a registrational study and timelines for that?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Okay, okay. And then moving on to your allosteric PRC2 inhibitor 944, we noticed that Pfizer highlighted their PRC2 EZH2 inhibitor program in
prostate cancer on their first-quarter earnings call last month. Can you provide us what your thoughts are on the data they presented? And how
does the Pfizer data inform your 944 development path?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. Makes sense. And wondering if you have any preliminary evidence that 944 and enzalutamide will be a good combo, too. And are there
drugs that could make sense and other drugs could make sense for a combo with 944?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And you've done a lot of work on biomarkers in the past for other programs. Can you expand more on the biomarker-based selection strategy
of patients that you plan to implement in the dose expansion phase for 944? And is there potentially a streamlined path to faster approval?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And for this program, how should we think about the market opportunity and how ORIC's approach can differentiate from Pfizer?

JUNE 07, 2023 / 2:00PM, ORIC.OQ - Oric Pharmaceuticals Inc at Jefferies Healthcare Conference
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. Anything unique about dosing frequency or dosing with this program?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. Okay. And moving on to your CD73 inhibitor, 533, triple-class refractory multiple myeloma is a crowded space, but you have a differentiated
strategy with 533. I believe you're the only drug out there being cited in multiple myeloma. And you've also talked about the bar for success with
approximately 20% monotherapy activity for a single agent, and then approximately 10% response rate as the bar for potential combinations. If
you achieve these benchmarks, what would next steps be?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. So mechanism makes sense for combining with that Pfizer's bispecific.
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: And for the data they show, they had 61% overall response rate and 10.4 months median follow-up. What would you need to show in combo with
that bispecific?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And maybe just talk a little bit about the equity investment and collaboration with Pfizer as it relates to 533 and what goes into your decision
to opt in for the Phase 2 combo study with Pfizer and when you plan on making that decision.

JUNE 07, 2023 / 2:00PM, ORIC.OQ - Oric Pharmaceuticals Inc at Jefferies Healthcare Conference
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. And how do you think about the competitive landscape for this asset?
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. Okay. And maybe talk briefly about your PLK4 inhibitor. You showed some data at AACR in 2022. And also talk about BD for the rest of the
year.
Question: Maury Raycroft - Jefferies Group - Analyst
: Got it. So yeah, we're out of time, but in closing, maybe recap key updates over the next 6 to 12 months that investors should be focusing on.
