In accordance with the Notice of the Meeting, I call to order the 47th Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Oracle Corporation. We will first conduct the formal portion of the Stockholders' Meeting in accordance with the agenda you see on your screen. Following the adjournment of the formal portion, there will be an opportunity for us answer stockholder questions. Some of you have already submitted a question.
