...Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our call today. I'm Eric Stang, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ooma Inc. Welcome to the 2025 Annual Meeting Of Stockholders, which I now call to order. Before proceeding further, let me introduce the directors and director nominees of the company who, in addition to myself, are with us today. They are Peteettner, Jenny Ye, Susan Buenhoff, Russ Mann, Andrew Galligan, Judy Hand, and Bill Pierce. Also in attendance today from Mua's executive staff are Sheikh Hamamatsu, Chief Financial Officer, and Namrata Sabarwal, Chief Accounting Officer. Also present are representatives from the outside council firm Auric, Harrington and Sutcliffe LLP and from KPMG LLP are independent public accounting firm. Anita Gillespie, representing Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. Is acting as our inspector of Elections of this meeting and has executed an oath of the Inspector of Elections.
