...Good morning and welcome to everyone participating with us today. I would like to call to order the special meeting of the stockholders of Nuvve Holding Corporation, which is being held virtually. I am Gregory Poilasne, CEO and director of the company. I would like to introduce the other members of the board of directors who are with us today for the special meeting of the shareholders: John Montgomery; David Sherman; Laura Wong; Brian Johnson; James Altusser; and the CEO of our New Mexico subsidiary, Ted Smith, constitute all members of our board.
