Question: Craig Brelsford - RedChip Companies Inc - Analyst
: Thanks, Mark. We are now going to take your questions. Answering questions for NioCorp today will be Alex Guthrie, the director of investor
relations. To reach Alex, press the Q&A button and type in your question, as we can take only written questions today, we ask that you
please not use the raise hand button. We have been getting questions here.
First one, NioCorp has made progress on funding and de-risking Elk Creek this year. How should investors think about the remaining steps
to secure full project financing and the key milestones on the path to a formal construction decision.
Question: Craig Brelsford - RedChip Companies Inc - Analyst
: Thanks for that, Alex. Next question. The recent Title 3 award that you got from the department of war, that is an important validation for
Elk Creek. I think everyone agrees there. How will that funding be deployed across drilling, engineering, and Scandium ALC ALSC alloy
work, and what specific technical or project milestones should investors be watching over the next, say, 12 months?
Question: Craig Brelsford - RedChip Companies Inc - Analyst
: Alex, thank you very much for that. Now, Elk Creek, as many investors already know, it brings together Niobium, Scandium, Titanium, and
key rare earths in that key single US project. Now, how do you position its strategic importance to US and allied supply chains when you
speak with policymakers, OEMs, and institutional investors?
Question: Craig Brelsford - RedChip Companies Inc - Analyst
: Alex, Mark always makes clear, you've just made it clear again how far along the Elk Creek project is. You've already got key construction
critical permits secured, and you've even got utility hookups. You've got land purchases. You've got geotechnical work, engineering advancing
in parallel with all of that.
Investors, in fact, I just spoke to one this morning. They want to know what are those final green light steps that bridge the GAAP between
financing approval and breaking ground, and how quickly could mobilization occur once those funds are in place.
