It is my pleasure to host the 2025 Annual Meeting. I will serve as Chairperson and Secretary of the meeting. I am joined today with Howard Robin, our President and CEO, and members of our Board of Directors and the Nektar Executive Team. Given that our May 8 earnings call from two weeks ago provided investors with both a business update and a question and answer session concerning Nektar's business, we will not include an update or Q&A session in today's meeting.
