...I would like to welcome everyone to the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Nektar Therapeutics. My name is Mark Wilson, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Nektar. It is my pleasure to host the 2024 Annual Meeting. I will serve as Chairperson and Secretary of the meeting. I am joined today by members of our Board of Directors, including Robert Chess, Chairperson of our Board; and Roy Whitfield, Lead Independent Director; as well as members of our Nektar executive team, including Howard Robin, our President and CEO. Representatives of Ernst & Young, our independent auditors, are also with us. We will now turn to the formal business portion of the agenda. When that is complete, I will turn the meeting over to Howard Robin to provide an overview of business highlights for the past year. And then we will open the floor for stockholder questions.
