Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Well, great. So Manny, I think for a company of your size, you are unique in that you've already standed (sic -- stood) up your manufacturing. So let
me have a -- start with a couple of questions there. Can you further describe Mustang's manufacturing and CMC strategy, and more specifics about
Mustang's investments in manufacturing and the capabilities that you have at the facility that Manny mentioned?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: So I think most of our listeners are -- very much appreciate the complexities involved with cell and gene therapy manufacturing. So doing this on
your own, what are some of the major CMC challenges that Mustang has had to deal with over the past six months?

OCTOBER 05, 2021 / 12:00PM, MBIO.OQ - Mustang Bio Inc at Chardan Genetic Medicines Conference (Virtual)
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. Well, again, I think another one of the strengths of the Company and the manufacturing is being able to advance the products under your
own IND. So let's talk about your oncology program, starting with MB-106, your CD20 targeted autologous CAR T, targeting B cell non-Hodgkin's
lymphoma and CLL. Can you first talk about its design as a third-generation CAR T? And second, as you've taken over its manufacturing, what have
you done to enhance its performance? Knut, you want to take that one?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. Bruce, did you want to comment on the concept of this being a third-generation CAR T? And then highlight, if you will for us, some of the
key findings of the interim data from the ongoing Phase 2/3 that you presented at EHA this year.
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: So you have some very encouraging data here. When do believe you'll enroll the first patient under the Mustang IND multicenter Phase 1?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. And with that as a start date, when do you envision the next data -- well, next data update on the overall patient portfolio, but maybe the
first patient reporting under the Mustang IND?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Well, great. So the Company recently announced a new licensing agreement to access CAR T tech from the Mayo Clinic. Knut, could you briefly
describe this technology and how you see it integrating into Mustang's strategy?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. Manny, you briefly mentioned that you have some additional CAR Ts licensed from the City of Hope: MB-100 (sic - MB-101) for glioblastoma,
MB-105 for prostate cancer. These are being evaluated in investigator-led studies. When might we see updates from these studies?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Okay. Let me squeeze in two quick questions here at the end. Brian, in terms of your cash, how much do you have, and what's the length of the
operating runway?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Great. And Manny, what do you believe that investors are either missing or underappreciating about the Mustang Bio story?
Question: Keay Nakae - Chardan Capital Markets - Analyst
: Well, great. We've reached the end of our time here, but I want to thank all of you for joining us this morning. So, thank you. Have a good rest of
your day.
