Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: To start off, I wanted to ask some big topical questions for both of you. One is on the cell and gene therapy space, the regulatory path for these
complex biologics is still being understood. So on the cell therapy side, the regulatory path for autologous cell therapies is established, and we've
had some recent high-profile approvals in gene therapy. So how do you view the current state of the regulatory path, and how has it become more
favorable over time?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Thanks. Pierluigi?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Turning to manufacturing, what are some of the problems that have been solved, and what are some of the major hurdles to overcome or gaps
to fill going towards really realizing the true potential of these technologies? And how is manufacturing incorporated into your overall strategy?
Pierluigi?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay. Manny?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay. Thanks. For the next part of the panel, I wanted to ask you some questions specific to your company. So Manny, looking at Mustang Bio,
you're developing CAR-T immunotherapies and gene therapies focusing on hematologic CAR-Ts, ex vivo gene therapy, combination CAR-T in
oncolytic virus, and in vivo CAR-T. So big picture, in which indications do you see your projects addressing the biggest unmet needs?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Thank you for that. I would love to talk to you more about MB-106 on that basis. I guess, so far, can you tell us the key takeaways from the data that
have been presented both from the Fred Hutch trial as well as the trial you're conducting yourself? And then specifically, you talked about some
of these areas of unmet need where this could fit. How are you planning to prioritize this?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay, thanks. And you recently announced a strategic transaction partnership with uBriGene Bioscience for manufacturing support and acquisition
of your state-of-the-art clinical- and commercial-scale cell and gene therapy facility. Can you talk about how this transaction allows you to reduce
expenses but then also strengthen your focus on these key programs you walked us through?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay, thanks. Pierluigi, you're up.
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: I have some questions for Genenta. You have quite an interesting story. For those who might be less familiar, can you go over the history of the
company and essentially what you're trying to achieve, and how does your cell-based platform work? And how do you think about it relative to
other CAR-T approaches?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Thank you for that. Can you talk a little bit more about your lead product candidate, Temferon, and the ongoing Phase 1/2a study in glioblastoma?
I guess, what was the rationale for starting in this indication? And what are some of the takeaways from the latest data that you've shown and next
steps for us?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: So that's a perfect segue to my next question, because you very recently selected the second indication in refractory events, genitourinary
malignancies, including renal cell cancer. By the way, respect for both of you guys that you could say all these cancers are out loud. I'm a big fan
of the acronyms.
You've talked about the potential for leveraging your platform into combinations, so maybe walk us through this recent announcement.

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay, awesome. Well, I just wanted to close by opening the floor to each of you. Any last closing remarks or things you really want our audience
to take away today? Manny?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay. Pierluigi?
Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. - Analyst
: Okay. Thank you both for a very thoughtful discussion. Stick around, I'll be moderating a fireside chat with Lineage Cell Therapeutics next. Thanks,
everyone.
