Environmental, Social and Governance, or ESG factors, have become a topic of growing importance to the investing community. Today, we are joined by 2 industry experts that will guide us through a discussion of ESG management and investing. Before we start the panel discussion, I would like to take a few minutes to discuss ESG initiatives at S&P and how we are working to better communicate to the marketplace how we incorporate ESG factors into our credit ratings. On the first slide are the major components of our brand criteria in which we embed ESG factors into our analysis. For example, quality of governance throughout a banking system would be factored into our BICRA assessment.
