In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the 47th Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Jack Henry & Associates Inc. In the materials given to you as you entered the meeting, you will find a copy of the agenda and the rules of conduct by which we will conduct this meeting. In the official part, we need to elect nine directors to serve for the next year, and there are three other items of official business.
