Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Thanks, Saf, that's very helpful. I just wanted to kick off with some quick questions here as Head of Strategy. You also add up into
capital, as you mentioned, and you also in-charge of equity investments and incubation opportunities. Where do you see opportunities
in Intel, especially on the AI data center on the compute side, where Intel can invest or no new partnerships? Or where do you see
opportunities to further that roadmap? And maybe catch up, as you mentioned.
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Got it. I think that's a very helpful, especially on the data center side on the IPC side, how that's going to evolve, maternal competition.
Obviously, you guys dominate the x86 side. What you're seeing is ARM is trying to come in both on the data center side and the PC
side as well.
But then you have a partnership with ARM asset on the foundry side. So how do you balance that? On the one hand, they're probably
taking the time to eat your lunch and other side, you're partnering with them on the phone. They said maybe helping them further
with the roadmap. I guess, how do you balance that? What do you see as I go down the road, what you see as the movement this?

Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: How do you balance that with the being a foundry partner?
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Got it. That's very helpful. Just to go on the unlocking value, Pat, I guess one of the things that Pat, when Pat came in, he said, was
we want to unlock value and whether things of that sort of was mobilized on. I think it's you guys still have it as far as I know a sub
data, now you announced out there as well. I guess what's the path forward on that and where we are as you see opportunities

where you can there is some much bigger value of that middle of that entity as a standalone. The market can appreciate that a lot
better, the growth there. What are the opportunities ahead for your sort of delta maybe?
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Just I know you started off with the foundry strategy, so I think you guys have something called Spark Capital. So we are able to skip
them semiconductor co-investment programs. I guess, how do you see that evolving? Because I think you announced pretty
remarkable partnership with Intel, in fact, a pretty major $11 billion investment from them, but any pullback on Intel itself in the last
couple of days.
Just wondering is that the roadmap forward that you want to have a co-investment as you what are the next round of fabs or how
do you see that evolving, I guess or skip program? And I am interest part of Intel Capital as well so yes.
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: So Skip, unless I see it is your own private initiative. So that plus chipset will be hence before you have it completely separate. On
the flip side, do you see partnering not just with private equity like Apollo, but also with customers, the hyperscalers are no big IDMs.
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Got it, okay. And then that's more like in the pipeline kind of the--
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Now that we are the EPC side going on, you have a I going or has gone to 43 and then you have the whole foundry strategy, which
is which is a whole different universe on how do you balance this? How do you prioritize it? Do you see is there any risk when you
are running multiple strategy at the same time, obviously investors want to succeed, but how are you planning and prioritizing all
the different studies?
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Fantastic, I would like to take some questions from the audience. A couple of microphones around. So maybe if you want to ask
question, here's your opportunity, the Head of Strategy, there you go.
Unidentified Participant
Yes, I'll start with my follow-up. Wondering if you could talk a little bit about the next-generation power credit rebates was to talk
about your cost base about where that's going to be relative to AMD for accomplishing how you want to describe that.
And when we actually kind of see your point get the product back where they need to be for it to get maybe just competitive pharma
average servers and then AI customer?
which subsequently introduced us after that, as I speak, Vicki and with various research perspective of that, if (multiple speakers)
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Right. Thanks, Steve. Any other questions? They go on the back end.

If you throw in float Photonics, less optical, do we need a materials transition you think to sort of deal with these issues kind of the
materials issues that the industry is coming up against?

Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: Right. Other questions? Saf, I think you talked a lot about the hardware side, chip design, foundry exit to exit or not much on the
software side, what's happening on the software side and where do you see opportunities there to see build out partnerships. I think
Carl would like to know.
Question: Vijay Rakesh - Mizuho Securities - Analyst
: And now as the data center side too.
