...Good morning. I'm Frank Yeary, Chair of the Board of Intel. On behalf of the Board and our management team, welcome to our 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As your chairperson, it is my pleasure to call this meeting to order. You will find today's order of business and the rules of procedure on the meeting portal. I'm joined in our Santa Clara offices today by Intel's new CEO, Lip-Bu Tan; and Intel's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary April Miller Boise. Eight of our other director nominees are joining us on the line. We're delighted to have Eric Meurice and Steve Sanghi joining their first annual meeting as Intel directors. Eric and Steve joined our Board last year as highly respected and accomplished leaders in the semiconductor industry, known for their successful leadership over many years as CEOs of ASML and microchip respectively.
