Welcome to the solid tumor update that we're having at ESMO 2025. We're very excited about two programs that we're going to talk about today. We're going to focus on two solid tumor programs, our TGF beta receptor 2xPD-1 bi-specific and our KRAS G12D inhibitor. Data for both programs was presented here at ESMO. One of them was presented on Friday. The other was presented earlier today. We will be making forward-looking statements. Let me walk you through the agenda that we have for today. We have three members of our team that will walk you through the biology rationale for our bi-specific. Patrick Mayes, our CSO, will do that. Eka Asatiani, Head of Early Development, will talk about the two programs of the two data sets for TGF beta and for G12D. Question: Evan Seigerman - Bank of Montreal - Analyst : Hi, there. Evan Seigerman, BMO Capital Markets. At ESMO last year, the focus of your event was really on your [CDK2] inhibitor, the gynecological cancers. This year, you're talking about G12D and TGF beta. These data are fantastic. I don't want to deny that. But it seems that the effort's a bit inconsistent. How should I swear how you're thinking more broadly about solid tumor development? In that one year, we're talking about one topic. The next year, we're focused on G12D in pancreatic cancer.
