Question: Brian Chang - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Thanks Clay. So let's start with the Q&A. If you have any questions. You can raise your hands and we'll have a run on the floor. For those of you who
are joining virtually, we, you can also submit questions on the conference portal.
Mm Lots of, lots of themes that we can, we need to address. But I think, let's focus on you know, the upcoming data, the big data read, the key data
read that's upcoming for where I guess is that hopefully I pronounce it correctly. So how, how do you frame, the upcoming phase top3 line? I think,
investors are going to look at your data and try to think about, well, is this better than Neogaa?
And you know, and I think last time when we spoke, when we hosted your team at Asco, I, you know that there are certain new ones as well to your
study design and what you're tracking in terms of responses. So maybe it would be helpful to talk about just the expectations and also remind us
about what specifically is different in your trial design compared to what I had seen?
Question: Brian Chang - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Great. And then clay in your prepared remarks, I jot down in my notes, you said we are an ADC based company. I think, if you look across the big
Pharma, there's a thirst for ADC and you see yourself as an ADC based company. So what exactly is your, you know approach here that is different
from a platform perspective.
Question: Brian Chang - JP Morgan - Analyst
: And just from a data flow perspective, today, we, you announced three additional ADCs. How should we think about the data flow from, not just
1,021. I mean, there's also [AL-102]. And, and so how do we think about the data flow from the rest of the pipeline? And and just from our perspective
is that if you know, if you just have to pick one child as your favorite, You know, how do which one should we pick? And, and you know, as we want
to do more work on it.
Question: Brian Chang - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Maybe in the last minute and a half that we have, I guess just on 1,021 the first study will focus on solid tumors and liquid tumors. There's some
proof of concept already in BCL. So, I mean, but that space is a bit more competitive than some of the solid tumor indications. And so how do you
think about, you know what the right strategy is to develop 1,021?
Question: Brian Chang - JP Morgan - Analyst
: Great. I think that's all the time we have. Thank you for your time today.
