: Thanks. Tom, can you just elaborate a little bit more on the product integration? I wasn't really clear, may be you didn't mention both the timing
of an integrated product given the size of this acquisition. And I guess may be clarify a little bit in terms of the architecture, are you implying that
the architecture are very similar and that the integration on the products front is going to be -- requires a little effort?
Question: Scott Kessler - Standard and Poors - Analyst

: Just in terms of -- is Alan there.
Question: Brandon Osten - Sprott Securities - Analyst
: Okay. So, let's talk more strategic than financial. In terms of growth, my sense was that, you know, I find that obviously, put together a 15% organic
quarter, you guys seem to be moving, your growth rate has be scaling up powerfully over the last three quarters. IXOS seems to be flat a bit, it looks
like their license revenues have been declining a bit for the last couple of years. What are the implications of this for the overall corporate growth
rate and do you expect to see [inaudible]

Question: David Wright - BMO Nesbitt Burns - Analyst
: You have had a very disciplined business model in terms of your acquisitions in the past and I am just wondering if this one has a few different
characteristics to it. For instance it's larger than the other ones you have done and now you are setting up kind of two separate business units. So,
are there aspects to the business that might change the model a little bit in the way you might answer that is just, you know, are you keeping
administrative offices over in Europe, I assume the European listing goes away, so are there any aspects to this transaction that are slightly different
than some of the other transactions that you have done?
Question: Richard Tse - Merrill Lynch - Analyst
: Yeah. It's Richard Tse actually. Hey, Tom.
Question: Richard Tse - Merrill Lynch - Analyst

you explain to me the rationale behind that and how you selected them as a candidate for acquisition here?
Question: Paul Bradley - Dundee Securities - Analyst
: Yeah, good morning and congratulations again on the transaction. Just my question was just, post the transaction and find a customer for enterprise
content management, and you are the solution provider, am I going to see two sales people, one sales person, what's going to be presented to
me as the product offering?

Question: Michael Abramsky - Canaccord Capital - Analyst
: Yeah gentlemen. Tom, at the risk of pressing a point, do you have a current timetable for product integration? It just seems so critical, and I know,
obviously it sounds like it's possible to do it quickly, but just wonder what your thoughts over there.
Question: Paul Lechem - CIBC World Markets - Analyst
: Few quick questions. Is there a break fee on the deal? Do you have any colors on your share price in terms of how many shares you will offer and
finally why is there such exceedingly large discrepancy between the share option and the cash option?
