The meeting is now called to order. Today's virtual meeting format is accessible to all of our shareholders around the world, enabling you to submit questions and vote your shares online prior to the polls closing. Alongside me today are Antonio Neri, President and Chief Executive Officer, who also serves with me as a Director; and Dave Antczak, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
