Thanks very much for that nice and exciting update, and do I understand that correctly that the refinancing is not connected to tool to what happens with -- Yes, our organ of the company, Mr. [Rolf Elgeti] (inaudible) and the funds that marked down by 70% as of now so the bonds will not be related to that in that prolongation? Question: Orlo Koretzi - OK Consol Private Equity - Analyst : That's great to hear. Thank you very much. However, it's also new to me that Patricia has started repaying by now. Has that been communicated in the past?

Question: Orlo Koretzi - OK Consol Private Equity - Analyst : Great news actually. But you're still keeping the receivables markdown, by to 30% in the balance sheet.

Question: Orlo Koretzi - OK Consol Private Equity - Analyst : Even though they started repaying, you keep the markdown to 30%. So markdown by 70% of the receivables of Patricia to DKR in the balance sheet, you keep that for now?

Question: Orlo Koretzi - OK Consol Private Equity - Analyst : Great. Thanks a lot. One more question. In terms of the loss of the right status, is everything accounted for in terms of tax payments in the balance sheet as of now? Or is there a rest to still the accounting?

Question: Orlo Koretzi - OK Consol Private Equity - Analyst : So but that's all included in the price as of EUR7.2 now, which took into consideration that the last EUR10 million convertible would be converted in the future. So that's basically net ETRA right?
