Once again, we are demonstrating progress and momentum towards achieving our performance ambition to be one of the best performing, most trusted and respected consumer product companies in the world. Despite the significant progress we've made in recent years as an organization, we are not complacent. We are relentless in our desire to achieve our performance ambition. We remain focused on our 6 priorities, which I will go to in more detail later. We continue to measure our progress against these priorities throughout the organization.
